This website is operated by EMC FastPass Services Ltd, trading as Engentica. We are based in Canada. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at hello@engentica.com.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the Engentica marketing website only (engentica.com). It does not cover any software products or services, which are subject to separate agreements.

Information we collect

We collect personal information only when you choose to provide it. This happens through two routes on this website:

  • Early access waitlist - managed via Google Forms. When you submit your name and email address, that information is stored by Google and used by us to contact you about early access to Engentica.
  • Demo bookings - managed via Calendly. When you book a demo, Calendly collects your name, email address, and any information you provide in the booking form. We use this to prepare for and conduct your demo.

We do not operate our own contact forms or databases for this information. It is held by Google and Calendly respectively, under their own privacy policies.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Contact you about early access or your demo booking
  • Follow up after a demo with relevant information about Engentica
  • Send occasional product updates, if you have expressed interest

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain contact information submitted through the waitlist form or demo booking for as long as it is relevant to our communication with you. If you would like your information deleted, contact us at hello@engentica.com and we will action your request promptly.

We are based in Canada. The third-party services we use (including Google, Calendly, Bunny.net, and Vercel) are based in the United States and may process your data there. By using this website and submitting your information, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, which may have different data protection standards.

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
